The FPA Symposium is an all-day educational event intended to help financial professionals stay up to date on the various issues that arise while helping the public. The event includes at least 7 hours of IA Insurance and CFP® continuing education credits, including 3 hours of ethics. The continuing education credits have been approved for either professionals holding an Iowa Insurance license or with the CFP® designation. The Symposium is open to the public. There is significant road construction going on near the hotel and parking will be difficult.

Parking is Available as Follows:
• Hotel Valet Parking: 0-4 hours=$8, 4-8 hours=$15, Overnight $23/Car
• Metered Parking Surrounds the Hotel (there aren’t many available due to road construction)
• Guests can utilize the free ramp at the corner of East Grand and Penn Streets by the Capital. You can call the hotel shuttle for a ride (515-244-1700). You can also utilize the free DART-D-Line Bus that drops off in the back of the hotel, and picks up in front.
