The Roadmap to Success and the Outstanding Achievement Award program was introduced in 2009. The Roadmap to Success program is based on basic standars that have been identified as benchmarks of successful chapters. The Outstanding Achievement Award is designed to showcase significant chapter activities that deserve recognition and are worth sharing with other chapters and FPA staff. It goes to the belief that sharing best practices among chapters and the Association makes all of us stronger.
