This program will be a two part discussion on what choices a typical employee client may have for benefits election. The first section will be a look at average cost and benefit for healthcare, including an update on the Affordable Care Act. Also, where alternative plan ideas, such as a Multi-Employer Plans may be a future option.
Secondly, a summary of small business Retirement Plan options available. Followed by a look at the most predominant plans today, including plan cost, selection, and rationale of participant selections.
The objective is to update the Financial Planner on current trends, and to better prepare them to advise clients on benefit elections.
