Housing/Economic Chartbook 2019 – Cincinnati

Housing Chartbook 2019-Cincinnati will focus on National Housing trends as well as housing metrics in the Cincinnati area. We will discuss both New Home and Existing Home Sales and well as inventories and price points for both areas. Drivers of the economy will also be discussed, with a focus on employment, consumer sentiment, retail sales, inflation, and a global view of purchasing managers metrics. The presentation will then move to the economic outlook with a forecast for the balance of 2019 and then 2020. I will also focus on interest rates for treasuries, mortgages and global debt. Stock market expectations and recession implications will also be discussed. The presentation will conclude with a look at demographics in housings and head winds/tail winds for the year ahead.
