Topic: Reaching The Aging Baby Boomer: Making The Transition From Financial Planning to Longevity Planning

As baby boomers age and experience extended longevity they will be demanding more from their financial planners. This session, recorded at the 2019 FPA National Conference, will focus on the issues and concerns that older adults confront and what financial planners must know in order to address and effectively meet their needs. Participants will come to better understand the necessity of offering longevity planning, including long term care and legacy planning as well as inter-generational communication and preparation for end-of-life decisions.
